At Shafaque a product once bought cannot be returned unless it’s under the following circumstances :
Manufacturing Defect :
At Shafaque, we strive to deliver high-quality products, but in the unlikely event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we are here to assist you. If you discover a manufacturing default in your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return and exchange process to ensure your complete satisfaction. Kindly note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Our team will thoroughly inspect the returned item before proceeding with an exchange or refund. Your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your cooperation in resolving any manufacturing defaults promptly.
Incorrect Size :
At Shafaque, we understand the importance of finding the perfect fit, and we apologize if you received an item in an incorrect size. If you need an exchange for a different size (or alterations) because of sizing issues, send us an email at info@shafaque.com or connect on WhatsApp Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Cancel my Order
If you wish to cancel your order, you need to inform us at info@shafaque.com within 24 hours from the time of placement of the order. We shall provide you with a gift card of the same amount valid for 3 months from the purchase order date.
Return Items by Post or Courier
-If you choose to return your items by post or courier, kindly send us an email at info@shafaque.in including your name, address, order number, and the reason for returning the items.
To ensure the safe transit of your items, please ensure they are securely wrapped to prevent any damage.
Please note that Shafaque cannot be held accountable for any lost items during the return process. We strongly recommend using a registered and signed-for courier service to send back the items. Remember to retain all tracking details until we confirm receipt of the parcel.
